Will be responsible for the safe, timely, and efficient delivery of itemsand goods to customers. Our services include dispatch rider operations, pickup and drop-off services, and logistics support.
ResponsibilitiesPick up and deliver itemsand goods safely and on time.
Handle customers’ packages with care.
Maintain good communication with customers and management.
Follow assigned delivery routes and instructions.
Keep delivery records and provide proof of delivery.
Maintain the motorcycle and other delivery equipment.
Demonstrate honesty, punctuality, and professionalism at all times.
RequirementsEducational Requirement:Minimum of First School Leaving Certificate (FSLC)/SSCE/WAEC or its equivalent.
Applicants must be able to read, write, communicate effectively, and keep basic delivery records.
Work Experience: SearchJobs
At least 2 year of experience in dispatch riding, parcel delivery, or logistics services is an advantage. However, hardworking and willing-to-learn applicants may also apply.
Skills Required:Good communication and customer service skills.
Excellent time management and punctuality.
Ability to navigate routes and use GPS.
Good knowledge of road safety rules.
Honesty, reliability, and responsibility.
Ability to work under pressure.
Basic record-keeping skills.
Valid rider’s licence/cardand safe riding skills.
