Role Description
The Dotnet Developer role at Conclase is a contract position based in Lagos State, Nigeria, with a hybrid work arrangement that allows a mix of on-site and work-from-home days.
The developer will design, build, and maintain .NET applications, focusing on high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions aligned with client and project requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing application features using .NET Core and ASP.NET MVC, writing clean and maintainable code following object-oriented programming principles, and performing debugging, testing, and optimization.
The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, participating in code reviews, and contributing to technical documentation and continuous improvement of development practices.
QualificationsMinimum of 4 years experience.
Strong programming skills with a solid foundation in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and general Software Development principles.
Hands-on experience with the .NET ecosystem, including .NET Core for building modern, scalable applications.
Proficiency in ASP.NET MVC for developing robust, secure, and user-friendly web applications.
Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, collaborating with on-site and remote team members.
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and common software development tools and workflows.
Experience with SQL databases and basic knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services is beneficial.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and commitment to writing clean, testable code.
Experience working in a banking or fintech industry.
