Survival Agricultural Hub Limited is a dynamic and growing company where we deal with Layers Poultry Farm, Egg production and Fish Farming.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Driver

Location: Iyana-Offa, Ibadan - Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities
Driving and Transportation:

• Safely drive staff, and delivery of products to and from designated locations as assigned.
• Ensure punctual pick-up and drop-off of personnel and materials.
• Deliver and collect official documents, goods, or parcels as instructed.
• Comply strictly with traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company transport policies.

Vehicle Maintenance and Management:

• Conduct daily vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness (fuel, oil, water, lights, tires, brakes, etc.).
• Maintain cleanliness of the interior and exterior of the vehicle at all times.
• Promptly report any mechanical faults, accidents, or damages to the supervisor.
• Ensure that all necessary vehicle documents (license, insurance, roadworthiness, etc.) are up to date.

Record Keeping and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of vehicle movement, mileage, fuel consumption, and maintenance schedules.
• Assist in planning and scheduling vehicle routes and transport activities.
• Complete and submit trip logs and reports as required by management.

Safety and Conduct:

• Ensure the safety of passengers and goods during transport.
• Observe confidentiality and discretion in handling official assignments.
• Display a high level of professionalism, courtesy, and responsibility at all times.

Support Functions:

• Assist with office errands and logistics duties as may be assigned.
• Provide support during official events, field trips, or site visits.

Performance Indicators

• Compliance with traffic and company safety regulations.
• Timeliness and reliability in completing transport assignments.
• Condition and cleanliness of assigned vehicle.
• Accuracy of trip logs and reports.
• Customer/staff satisfaction with transport services.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of Secondary School Certificate (SSCE) or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• 3–5 years of professional driving experience, preferably in a corporate or organizational setting.
• Good knowledge of road networks, traffic rules, and basic vehicle maintenance.
• Experience driving both manual and automatic transmission vehicles (if applicable).

Salary
N70,000 - N80,000 per month.
