Job Title: Electrical / LV / ELV Supervisor
Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
Supervise the installation, inspection, testing, maintenance, and repair of electrical, LV, and ELV systems across the assigned facility.
Oversee the maintenance of electrical distribution panels, switchgear, circuit breakers, lighting systems, sockets, cabling, and other electrical installations.
Supervise ELV systems, including fire alarm systems, CCTV, access control, structured cabling, public address systems, intercoms, and related security and communication systems.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to ensure the reliability and proper functioning of electrical and ELV equipment.
Conduct routine inspections to identify electrical faults, damaged components, defective wiring, system failures, and potential safety hazards.
Diagnose technical problems and coordinate corrective maintenance to minimise equipment downtime and service interruptions.
Assign duties to electrical technicians and other technical personnel, ensuring that work is completed safely and to the required standards.
Ensure that electrical installations, repairs, and modifications comply with approved drawings, technical specifications, and applicable electrical regulations.
Monitor the performance of LV distribution systems and ELV installations, ensuring that faults are promptly identified and resolved.
Coordinate electrical isolation, testing, and maintenance activities in accordance with approved safety procedures and permit-to-work requirements.
Ensure the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), insulated tools, and appropriate testing instruments during maintenance activities.
SalaryN400,000 - N500,000 monthly.
