Purpose
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to lead the electrical maintenance function, ensuring the reliability, safety, and efficiency of electrical systems and equipment across the plant
The Job
Supervising all electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair activities across the plant.
Planning, scheduling, and coordinating preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance to maximize equipment availability.
Ensuring compliance with electrical regulations, statutory requirements, and company safety standards.
Managing electrical installation, modification, and upgrade projects from planning through completion.
Conducting routine inspections of electrical systems and implementing corrective actions to improve reliability.
Developing and implementing electrical safety programs, including inspections, risk assessments, and employee safety training.
Maintaining accurate records of electrical installations, maintenance activities, inspections, and equipment history.
Preparing and monitoring maintenance budgets while identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising reliability.
Collaborating with Production, Engineering, and other departments to resolve electrical issues and support operational goals.
Qualification and Experience
Candidates should possess an OND in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
Must have 2–3 years' relevant experience supervising or carrying out electrical maintenance in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
The Person Must:Have strong technical knowledge of industrial electrical systems, motors, control panels, and power distribution.
Demonstrate experience supervising electrical maintenance teams in a manufacturing environment.
Have a strong understanding of electrical safety regulations and maintenance best practices.
