Enterprise Resource Planning Specialist

Position Summary


Identify and analyze business requirements, gather necessary information, and support all aspects of ERP Implementation.
Build strong relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels and consistently deliver exceptional client service.
Support the development of relevant project documentation, approaches, training materials, thought leadership, and accelerators for ERP Implementations.
Show capability to contribute to various workstreams within an ERP Implementation.
Support the team in configuring, automating, and implementing business processes on an ERP system to meet client needs.
Collaborate with senior consultants to design solutions, test implementations, deploy systems, and provide support as needed.
Help document functional specifications for any custom development required to support business process automation.
Conduct quality assurance testing across system builds.
Identify, extract, transform, and load data from customers' legacy systems, including historical data for ongoing reporting purposes.
Contribute to the overall development and delivery of ERP solutions.
Demonstrate strong knowledge and understanding of enterprise resource planning tools.
Assist the Project Manager in creating technical project plans and developing required delivery work products and artifacts.


Qualifications


Hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree/HND with at least a Second Class Upper/Higher credit in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields from a reputable institution.
Have a minimum of five credits in WASSCE Ordinary Level/NECO subjects or acceptable equivalent examination, including Mathematics and English Language in one sitting only.
Possess at least 5-7 years of post-NYSC professional experience, with prior experience as a Business Analyst or Business Software Implementation consultant.
Experience in deploying ERP systems, particularly SAP, Odoo, Oracle, and other emerging ERP platforms.
Demonstrate a comprehensive multi-sector understanding of business processes across various industries (e.g., Oil & Gas – Downstream, midstream & upstream, FMCG, Financial Services, Professional Services, etc.) and key sectors.
