Event Project Manager

Summary


We are in search of a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to supervise the planning, execution, and delivery of events for our clientele. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth event management from conception to completion. The Project Manager is expected to handle multiple events concurrently while maintaining efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction.


Qualifications


At least 5 years of experience in project management within the events industry
Demonstrated track record of successfully managing large-scale events from start to finish
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project) and event management software
Exceptional leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
Capacity to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and meet strict deadlines
Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Willingness and ability to work beyond typical office hours
Oversee day-to-day operations of event planning, production, and execution
Develop and implement operational strategies to ensure smooth event logistics, timely setup, and efficient resource management
Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure timely delivery and quality of event infrastructure (e.g., staging, lighting, audiovisual, rigging, and power supply)
Manage budgets, optimize costs, and ensure events are executed within financial constraints
