Job Title: Experienced Sales Representative

Location: Mile 12, Ikorodu - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Description

  • Generating leads, contacting potential customers, and selling products and services to achieve sales targets.
  • Candidates will be responsible for building relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identifying potential customers and generating leads through various channels like cold calling, networking, and online research.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.
  • Sales Presentations and Negotiations: Presenting products or services to potential and existing customers, demonstrating their value, and negotiating contracts and prices.
  • Sales Goals and Quotas: Meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas, tracking sales activity, and reporting on performance.
  • Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, handling complaints, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Sales Process Management: Following a defined sales process, from initial contact to closing the deal and ensuring seamless order fulfillment.
  • Collaboration: Working with other departments like marketing, product development, and customer service to achieve sales objectives.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Product & Market Knowledge: Staying informed about the company's products or services and industry trends.
  • Sales Reporting and Analysis: Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, analyzing sales data, and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Territory Management: Planning and organizing daily work schedules to call on existing and potential customers within a designated territory.
  • Training and Development: Participating in training programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Prior Experience in Sales and Marketing is mandatory
  • Proximity to Mile 12, Ikorodu is mandatory
  • Male Applicants only
  • Fresh Graduates awaiting NYSC should not apply
  • Applicants must not be older than 35 years.

Salary
N150,000 monthly.
