We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Facility Supervisor
Location: Odogbolu, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
Supervise daily maintenance and upkeep of facilities, utilities, and surroundings.
Ensure proper functioning of power, water, plumbing, air conditioning, and building systems.
Coordinate preventive maintenance and facility repairs.
Conduct routine inspections and resolve maintenance issues promptly.
Supervise cleaning, waste management, landscaping, and general facility upkeep.
Manage vendors, contractors, and service providers.
Ensure compliance with HSE and facility safety standards.
Maintain maintenance records, reports, and asset inventories.
Supervise facility maintenance staff and ensure efficient service delivery.
RequirementsHND / B.Sc. Degree in Estate Management, Facilities Management, Building Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in facility management or maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of facility operations, maintenance systems, and safety standards.
Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Knowledge of Nigerian regulatory requirements and safety practices is an added advantage.
