Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Farm Manager to oversee the daily operations of our thriving agricultural enterprise. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead a dynamic team and drive sustainable growth in a well-established farm.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of crop and/or livestock production
• Supervise farm staff and seasonal workers
• Develop and implement efficient farming practices
• Monitor budgets, purchasing, and inventory control
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Maintain farm equipment and infrastructure
• Report on farm performance and productivity.

Requirements

• Degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, or related field (preferred)
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in farm management
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• In-depth knowledge of modern agricultural techniques
• Proficiency in farm management software and record-keeping
• Ability to work independently and make strategic decisions.

Salary
N150,000 per month.
