Role Overview
We seek a creative, detail-oriented Architect to develop building designs, prepare architectural drawings, coordinate project documentation, and support the successful delivery of real estate projects.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop architectural concepts, designs, and working drawings.
Prepare plans, elevations, sections, and construction details.
Produce 2D drawings and 3D visualisations.
Coordinate architectural designs with structural and building services consultants.
Conduct site inspections to monitor compliance with approved drawings.
Review construction progress and resolve design-related issues.
Ensure designs comply with applicable building regulations and standards.
Maintain accurate project drawings and documentation.
RequirementsB.Sc. / M.Sc. in Architecture or an equivalent recognised qualification.
Relevant experience in building design and construction projects.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and relevant architectural design or visualisation software.
Strong understanding of construction detailing, materials, and building regulations.
Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Registration with ARCON or eligibility for registration is an advantage.
