They are looking for an experienced, professional, and customer-oriented Female Customer Care Representative to join its team. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, a good understanding of customer service operations, and the ability to handle customer inquiries professionally while providing effective support.

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and other communication channels. Assist customers with software-related questions and basic troubleshooting. Handle complaints and ensure customer satisfaction. Follow up with customers and provide timely feedback. Maintain accurate customer records and support documentation. Escalate technical issues to the appropriate department when necessary.

Must be female. Must have previous experience in customer service or customer support. Must reside within the required location Must be computer-literate and comfortable using digital tools. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and online communication platforms. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to handle customer complaints, inquiries, and feedback professionally. Must be patient, polite, organised, and attentive to details. Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision. Must be comfortable working in a software/technology-driven environment.

Salary: N150,000 Monthly. Hybrid work arrangement. Opportunity to work in a technology-driven environment.
