Job Title: Field Compliance Officer
Locations: Ikeja, Agege, Oshodi, Mafoluku, Mushin, Sogunle, PWD, Cement, and Mangoro - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell company products/services to prospective and existing customers.
Identify and develop new sales opportunities within the assigned location.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Follow up on leads and prospects to convert them into paying customers.
Provide customers with accurate information about products/services.
Handle customer enquiries and resolve basic customer concerns professionally.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Prepare regular sales reports for management.
Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after sales.
Participate in promotional activities and other sales initiatives.
RequirementsMinimum of OND/BSc or equivalent qualification.
1–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, retail, FMCG, or a related field is an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and selling skills.
Target-driven, energetic, and self-motivated.
Good customer service and relationship-management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Must be resident in or have good knowledge of the preferred location.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
SalaryN100,000 monthly.
Commission: Monthly Bonus.
