Job Title: Field Sales Executive

Location: Lagos 
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Schedule: Monday - Saturday | 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

Description

• We are looking for passionate, result-driven Field Sales Executives to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell company products to new and existing clients
• Build and maintain strong client relationships within your assigned area
• Follow up on leads and close deals promptly
• Achieve personal and team sales targets
• Maintain accurate sales records and submit performance reports

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an SSCE / GCE / NECO / OND / HND / NCE qualification.
• Experience in field sales (preferred)
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Confidence, high energy, and a drive to succeed
• Basic computer literacy
• Must reside in or near Lagos.

• N80,000 monthly basic pay
• N8,000 Perfect Attendance Bonus
• N10,000 Performance Bonus (if target is achieved)
• N10,000 Target Bonus (after 3 consecutive wins)
• Salary increase after 3-month probation
