Job Title: Filler Operator/Blower
Location: Gaduwa, Abuja (FCT)

Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor the bottle blowing machine to produce PET bottles from preforms.
Operate and monitor the water filling, capping, and sealing machines.
Set up machines according to production requirements and bottle specifications.
Ensure bottles are properly formed, filled, capped, and sealed.
Monitor machine performance and identify abnormalities such as leaks, under-filled bottles, defective bottles, or improper caps.
Carry out routine cleaning, lubrication, and basic maintenance of production equipment.
Maintain proper production speed while minimizing machine downtime and product wastage.
Inspect bottles and finished products to ensure they meet company quality standards.
Follow hygiene, food-safety, and good manufacturing practices (GMP).
Maintain a clean and safe production area.
Record production quantities, machine faults, downtime, and other relevant production information.
Report equipment breakdowns and serious technical problems to the maintenance team or production supervisor.
Ensure correct handling and storage of PET preforms, bottles, caps, and packaging materials.
Follow all company health, safety, and environmental procedures.
