We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Filtration Specialist (Brine & Completion Fluid)
Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
Unit Operation: Set up, operate, and monitor filtration units, pumps, and filter presses on location.
Fluid Testing: Run quality control tests on brine and completion fluids, including clarity, turbidity, and particle counts.
Maintenance: Clean and maintain filtration equipment, hoses, and tanks to prevent downtime.
Safety & Compliance: Follow all safety rules, wear proper gear, and manage waste disposal per environmental laws.
Reporting: Record daily fluid volumes, chemical usage, and test results in service logs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Education: Must have an OND (Ordinary National Diploma) or HND(Higher National Diploma) from a reputable institution.
Experience: Good working experience with oilfield completion fluids or filtration equipment will be an added advantage.
Knowledge: Good knowledgeof brines, filter typesand wellbore cleanupwill be an added advantage.
