Fixed Network Product Manager - ZTE Devices

Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Planning:


Define and execute the product roadmap for fixed network solutions.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and business opportunities.
Translate market and customer requirements into product requirements specifications (PRS).


Product Lifecycle Management:


Lead cross-functional product teams through the entire product lifecycle – from concept to end-of-life.
Collaborate with R&D to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
Monitor product performance post-launch and implement improvement strategies.


Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy:


Develop and implement GTM strategies, including pricing, positioning, and messaging.
Prepare product presentations, datasheets, white papers, and other sales enablement materials.
Support sales and marketing teams with technical and commercial product training.


Customer & Stakeholder Engagement:


Serve as the internal voice of the customer, ensuring alignment between product development and customer needs.
Engage with key customers and partners to gather feedback and drive product innovation.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings.


Business Analysis:


Track product performance metrics (e.g., revenue, margin, market share).
Analyze product profitability and contribute to business planning and forecasting.


Qualifications


Bachelor’s degree or higher in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the fixed broadband or telecom infrastructure industry.
Solid technical understanding of fixed network technologies, including:
Fiber Access (FTTH/FTTB/FTTC, GPON/XGS-PON)
DSL technologies (VDSL2, G.fast)
IP Routers and Switches
Network Management Systems
Proven experience in product lifecycle management, go-to-market planning, and cross-functional team leadership.
Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
