Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Fleet Manager to oversee and manage our vehicle fleet ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily fleet operations, drivers, routes and vehicle availability.
Manage drivers dispatch and delivery.
Monitor vehicles and drivers via GPS tracking and investigate incidents.
Control operating costs and report fleet performance to management.
Supervise and coordinate drivers to promote safe, efficient and compliant operations.
Plan vehicle deployment, trip schedules and route assignments.
Investigate accidents, breakdowns and other fleet-related incidents, and ensure appropriate corrective action.
RequirementsDegree or HND in Transport, Logistics, Engineering or a related field.
5-7 years in fleet or transport management, including managing drivers and commercial vehicles.
Experience with GPS tracking systems and strong Excel and reporting skills.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Language Requirement: Essential
Fluency in both Hausa and English is mandatory.
SalaryN400,000 - N500,000 / month.
