Job Title: Fleet & Monitoring Officer (Tracking)
Locations: Wasinmi and Ewekoro - Ogun

Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Fleet & Monitoring Officer to oversee our vehicle tracking operations and ensure optimal fleet performance.
Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor all company vehicles in real-time using GPS tracking systems
Track trip compliance, route adherence, and driver behavior
Generate daily reports on vehicle location, fuel usage, and idle time
Investigate and report tracking device tampering or downtime
Coordinate with drivers and operations team to resolve route deviations
Maintain accurate records of fleet movement and incidents
Support enforcement of company fleet policies and safety standards
RequirementsHND / B,Sc. Degree in Transport Management, Logistics, or related field
2+ years experience in fleet monitoring or vehicle tracking roles
Proficient with GPS tracking software e.g. Nova track, Mixtelematics etc.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Ability to work shifts including weekends if required
Excellent communication and reporting skills
Resident in or willing to relocate to Ewekoro/Abeokuta/Sango/Ifo axis
