Fleet Operations Supervisor Adamawa

Officially unveiled in mid-2026, the comprehensive platform drastically cuts commuting costs while modernizing the local economy. We are  recruiting to fill the position below:

 Job Title: Fleet Operations Supervisor

Locations: Numan, Yola, Mubi, Adamawa Role Summary

Supervise day-to-day fleet deployment and utilisation, rider compliance, vehicle availability, operational schedules, incident reporting, and coordination with technical and rider-management teams.

Minimum Requirements

Diploma / ND or equivalent in Transport Management, Logistics, Automobile/Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in fleet, transport, logistics, or vehicle operations. Ability to monitor fleet performance, enforce operational procedures, and coordinate field teams. Strong reporting, problem-solving, and supervisory skills.

Part-time or contract engagement may be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to operational requirements and management approval. Employment Terms

This postion is intended as full-time employment  Part-time or contract-based engagement may be considered on a case-by-case basis where the role, operational need, and candidate profile justify such an arrangement. Successful candidates may be required to work across assigned operational locations within Adamawa State and to participate in field activities where applicable.
