Job Summary
We are seeking a polished and knowledgeable Fragrance Advisor to provide personalized fragrance consultations, deliver exceptional luxury customer service, and drive sales.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide personalized fragrance recommendations and consultations.
Present fragrance houses, notes, ingredients and product stories to clients.
Build strong client relationships and drive repeat business.
Achieve individual and boutique sales targets.
Maintain excellent presentation of the fragrance area and testers.
Support launches, events and brand activations.
RequirementsMinimum of 2 years’ sales experience in luxury or niche fragrance.
Strong knowledge of fragrance families, notes and structure.
Excellent communication, storytelling and customer service skills.
Polished appearance and strong luxury-service orientation.
Proficiency in WhatsApp and social media for client engagement.
Fluent spoken and written English.
