Job Description
We are seeking a smart, professional, and customer-focused Female Front Desk / Customer Service Officer to join our team.
Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and attend to clients and visitors in a warm and professional manner.
Manage the front desk and ensure a positive customer experience at all times.
Answer, screen, and direct phone calls and respond to customer enquiries promptly.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings where necessary.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
Provide administrative support to various departments as required.
Resolve customer complaints or escalate issues appropriately while ensuring excellent service delivery.
RequirementsMust have completed the NYSC programme.
Bachelor's degree or HND in a relevant field.
1–2 years' experience in a Front Desk, Receptionist, or Customer Service role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
