 Job Title: General  Business Manager

Location: Numan, Yola, Mubi, Adamawa Role Summary

Provide broad commercial and business coordination for state operations, supporting strategy execution, revenue performance, stakeholder relationships, operational integration and overall business growth.

Bachelor's Degree with minimum Second Class Upper (2:1) in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Finance, Transport/Logistics, Engineering or a related field. Minimum of 10 years' relevant experience, including significant management responsibility in a comparable business or operational environment. Strong commercial judgement, leadership, planning, financial understanding and stakeholder-management capability. A Master's Degree in any relevant fields is an added advantage.

Employment Terms

This postion is intended as full-time employment  Part-time or contract-based engagement may be considered on a case-by-case basis where the role, operational need, and candidate profile justify such an arrangement. Successful candidates may be required to work across assigned operational locations within Adamawa State and to participate in field activities where applicable.
