Position Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and innovative recent graduates in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering to join our dynamic team as Graduate Trainees.
This program offers practical experience and structured training aimed at nurturing high-potential talents for long-term career success within our organization.

Primary Responsibilities

Engage in rotational on-the-job training across key departments.
Assist senior engineers in troubleshooting, maintenance, and project execution.
Contribute to the design, development, and enhancement of production processes.
Conduct equipment diagnostics and propose preventive maintenance solutions.
Adhere to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

A minimum of a B.Sc. or HND in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
1–3 years post-NYSC work experience.
Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Must be located near either the Abeokuta or Agbara location.
