Due to rapid business expansion, Cedar-Bridge is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The successful candidate will be pivotal in creating high-quality, impactful visual content for our diverse client portfolio, with a focus on comprehensive brand identity development and digital marketing materials.

Create visually compelling graphics for digital and print media. Design social media content, carousels, and promotional materials. Develop branding materials, including logos and brand identity packages. Create website design elements and marketing collateral. Work on executive-level design projects for high-profile clients.

Design content for multiple client brands and campaigns. Collaborate with marketing teams to execute creative concepts. Ensure all designs align with client objectives and brand guidelines. Maintain consistent quality across all design deliverables.

Use industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva Pro) efficiently. Stay updated with the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices. Deliver professional, high-quality artwork within established project deadlines.

Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree or HND with a minimum 1+ year of proven experience in graphic design. Strong portfolio demonstrating diverse design capabilities. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Experience with social media design and branding projects. Understanding of print and digital design requirements. Excellent attention to detail and creativity.

Reliable internet connection for remote work Professional design software access Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Strong communication skills

Experience with website design elements. Knowledge of UI/UX principles. Previous agency or consulting experience. Brand identity development experience. Workload: Designers are expected to complete approximately 20 standard projects/assets per month based on current demand.

Stage 2: Virtual Assessment Shortlisted candidates will be invited to complete a single, time-bound design task. This allows you to demonstrate your real-time problem-solving skills and technical execution. Stage 3: Virtual Interview - Candidates whose assessment submissions meet our expectations will be scheduled for a brief (30–40 minute) conversation. We will discuss your design process, experience with remote collaboration, and alignment with our People and Culture values. Stage 4: Final Selection & Onboarding - Successful candidates will receive an official offer letter and undergo a one-week remote integration period to get up to speed with our tools and client workflows.
