Job Title: Graphics Designer

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

The Role

• The Graphic Designer will be responsible for conceptualising and creating compelling visual assets that align with Raven's brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
• This is a hands-on role that requires strong technical skills, a keen eye for aesthetics, and the ability to translate complex ideas into clear and engaging visual narratives.

Key Responsibilities
Design & Production:

• Design and produce a wide range of marketing and communication materials, including:
• Digital assets like social media graphics, website banners, email banners, and display ads.
• Print materials, such as brochures, flyers, packaging, and event signage.
• Presentations and internal communication visuals.
• Edit and enhance photos, illustrations, and other graphic elements to maintain a consistently high level of quality.
• Manage the design process from concept to final delivery, ensuring all projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.
• Collaborate with the marketing, product, and content teams to understand project briefs and execute designs that achieve business goals.

Brand & Quality Control:

• Ensure all visual designs adhere strictly to Raven's brand guidelines regarding colour, typography, and image style.
• Maintain and organise the digital asset library, ensuring files are properly named, archived, and accessible.
• Stay up-to-date with current design trends, tools, and technologies.

Required Qualifications

• First Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven proficiency and extensive hands-on experience with Adobe Photoshop for image manipulation, retouching, and asset creation.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
• Proven proficiency and extensive hands-on experience with Adobe Illustrator for vector graphics, logo design, layout, and iconography.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale clearly.
