Job Summary
These roles are considered critical to strengthening plan operational coordination, systems management, accountability, technology support, and overall business efficiency across the Group.
ResponsibilitiesCoordinate operations across all business units and departments
Monitor operational performance and execution
Enforce reporting structures and operational systems
Track KPIs and departmental performance
Improve operational efficiency and workflow
Prepare operational reports for executive management
Ensure accountability and compliance across teams
RequirementsMasters / Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
5–8 years of operational management experience
Strong leadership, coordination, and reporting skills
Experience managing multiple teams or business units
Priority should be given to candidates with strong operational discipline and leadership ability.
