Provide actionable financial insights and recommendations to the executive leadership. Lead, manage and develop the Finance team, establishing clear responsibilities, performance expectations, accountability and continuous professional development.

Develop and oversee capital allocation, treasury, liquidity management and investment deployment strategies. Ensure capital is deployed responsibly, with appropriate financial controls, risk management and performance monitoring. Corporate Finance, Investments & Strategic Opportunities:

Identify and evaluate strategic investment, commercial growth, expansion, partnership and acquisition opportunities. Lead financial feasibility studies, investment appraisal, valuation, scenario analysis and return-on-investment assessments. Advise leadership on capital structure, investment priorities, financing options and major commercial decisions.

Finance Leadership & Governance:

Lead and develop the Finance function, ensuring strong financial planning, reporting, treasury and governance. Strengthen financial controls, statutory compliance, financial risk management and accountability. Present financial performance, investment recommendations and fundraising progress to executive leadership, the Board and relevant stakeholders.
