We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Admin and HR Unit to lead our administrative and human resources functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving HR strategy, overseeing talent management, fostering a positive work culture, and ensuring smooth administrative operations across the organization.

Oversee office management, procurement, logistics, and asset management.
Maintain updated inventory and ensure effective use of resources.
Coordinate travel arrangements and organizational events.
Ensure proper filing and documentation of all administrative records.
Supervise service contracts and office leases.
Manage recruitment, selection, onboarding, and exit processes.
Maintain up-to-date HR records and ensure data protection and confidentiality.
Coordinate staff performance management processes.
Administer staff welfare, leave, and benefits.
Support staff training and capacity development initiatives.
Ensure HR compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.
Prepare periodic reports on HR and Admin activities.
Ensure adherence to procurement, HR, and administrative policies.
Liaise with legal and finance departments on compliance issues

Remuneration: 200 - 300k

Availability: Immediate Resumption
