Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead the organization's technology strategy, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and IT operations.
The successful candidate will ensure reliable, secure, and scalable technology solutions that support business growth, digital transformation, and operational excellence.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement the organization's IT strategy in alignment with business objectives.
Oversee IT operations, including infrastructure, networks, enterprise systems, and user support.
Lead IT infrastructure upgrades, cloud initiatives, and digital transformation projects.
Ensure the security, availability, and performance of IT systems and data.
Implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
Manage IT budgets, technology investments, and vendor relationships.
Lead, mentor, and develop the IT team while promoting innovation and continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with IT governance, cybersecurity, and regulatory standards.
RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Master's degree is an added advantage.
Proven experience as an IT Manager or in a similar leadership role.
Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, enterprise systems, cloud technologies, and cybersecurity.
Experience managing IT projects, budgets, vendors, and digital transformation initiatives.
Excellent leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
