 Job Title: HR Manager

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time Job Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end recruitment, including workforce planning, sourcing, interviewing and onboarding for tech, operations, customer service and logistics roles Develop and implement HR policies, procedures and the employee handbook Manage payroll inputs, compensation, benefits and statutory remittances (PAYE, pension, NHF, NSITF, ITF) Ensure compliance with Nigerian labour laws and regulations Drive performance management, goal setting and appraisal cycles Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters and exit processes Champion employee engagement, retention and a positive workplace culture

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Sciences or a related field [5-8] years of HR experience, with at least [2-3] years in a managerial role CIPM, SHRM, HRCI or an equivalent professional certification (strongly preferred) Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour law and HR best practice Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software
