 Job Title: HR Manager

Location: Lagos Summary

We are looking for an HR Manager to lead our people strategy and shape a strong, high-performing workplace culture.

What you will do

Lead recruitment, onboarding and retention from end to end Manage employee relations, performance reviews and conflict resolution Develop and apply HR policies that comply with labour laws Advise leadership on workforce planning, compensation and culture Maintain accurate employee records and HR reporting.

What we’re looking for

Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field 5+ years’ experience in HR management Solid knowledge of labour laws and HR best practice Strong leadership and communication skills Well-organized, detail-oriented, and a person of integrity.
