Location: Marina, Lagos
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead people operations and put the right HR structure and processes in place as the company grows.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement HR policies, processes and structures.
Manage staff operations, performance, attendance and employee relations.
Support recruitment, onboarding and staff development.
Ensure smooth day-to-day people operations and workplace coordination.
Work closely with leadership to improve team performance and accountability.
RequirementsProven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar senior HR role.
Strong leadership and operations management skills — mandatory.
Ability to build HR structure and processes from the ground up.
Strong communication, problem-solving and people-management skills.
Candidates who live close to Marina, Lagos are strongly encouraged to apply.
SalaryN250,000 – N300,000 monthly (based on experience).
