R & R Recruiting Services is a Recruitment Agency, Training, Consulting & Human Resources Management Company. We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: HR Officer

Location: Ajao Estate, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time Job Responsibilities

Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee records. Handle statutory remittances, including PAYE, Pension, and other regulatory requirements. Assist with payroll administration and HR documentation. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures. Manage employee relations, disciplinary matters, and performance management. Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate personnel records.

Requirement and Qualifications

Minimum of HND / B.Sc Degree Minimum of 3 years’ proven experience in a Human Resources role. Strong knowledge of HR Compliance, Pension Administration, and PAYE. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, or HRCI) is an added advantage.

Salary

N250,000 – N300,000 / month. Application Closing Date
