Description
The clinic is seeking an experienced HR Officer to complement its existing HR team and support efficient workforce management.
Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate recruitment, staff onboarding, and employee documentation.
Manage staff records, attendance, leave, and other HR administrative duties.
Handle employee relations, grievances, and workplace concerns.
Support performance appraisals, staff training, and development.
Ensure compliance with HR policies and applicable labour laws.
Coordinate staff welfare and support workforce planning across departments.
Prepare HR reports and provide general HR support to management.
RequirementsMaster's Degree in Humanities or a related discipline.
2–4 years of relevant HR experience.
Previous HR experience in a hospital or healthcare setting is mandatory.
HR-related certification or professional training.
Strong communication, organisational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple HR responsibilities.
SalaryN200,000 – N300,000 monthly.
