Description
We are seeking an experienced HR Officer to support effective people management, employee relations and HR operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage recruitment, onboarding and employee documentation.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
Support performance management and employee engagement.
Coordinate leave, attendance and other HR administration.
Support training and staff development initiatives.
Assist with payroll and employee benefits administration.
Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
Provide HR reports and administrative support to management.
RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations or related field.
3–5 years' experience in HR operations.
CIPM qualification is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment regulations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
SalaryN450,000 - N500,000 monthly.
