TA Marketing is recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: HR Personnel BrowseCareers

Location: Lagos (Hybrid)

Employment Type: Full-time Job Responsibilities

Manage recruitment and onboarding processes. Maintain employee records and HR documentation. Support performance management and employee relations. Ensure company policies and SOPs are implemented. Coordinate staff welfare, payroll, attendance and leave management. Support general HR operations.

Requirements

2+ years experience in HR. Good knowledge of recruitment and employee management. Strong organisational and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast paced startup Social media marketing knowledge is essential Strong leadership skills Strong business knowledge is key Excellent documentation and communication skills. CIPM certification is an advantage.

Non negotiables:

Must be in Lagos and be willing to attend in person monthly meetings, team bondings and agency shoots. Must have agency experience and the right certifications. Must understand speed, good work ethic and great communication.
