Job Title: Human Resource Associate

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dependable Human Resources Officer to support the day-to-day HR operations of a growing organization. The ideal candidate should be organised, firm, trustworthy, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision. Experience in the hospitality industry is an added advantage.
Support recruitment and employee onboarding Maintain employee records and documentation Manage attendance and leave records Handle basic employee relations and disciplinary matters Support payroll and general staff administration Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures Provide day-to-day HR operational support
2–3 years of relevant HR experience Good understanding of basic HR operations Strong communication and organisational skills Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability Must be able to commute conveniently to Lagos Island Hospitality experience is an advantage.
