Human Resource Generalist

Facilitate the creation and execution of HR initiatives and systems
Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring and onboarding
Maintain up-to-date and compliant job descriptions
Create training materials and performance management programs to ensure employees understand their job responsibilities
Develop a compensation strategy for all employees based on market research and salary surveys; keeps the strategy current
Examine employee issues and conflicts and works towards resolution
Guarantee the organization's adherence to local, state and federal regulations
Utilize performance management tools to offer guidance and feedback to team
Ensure consistent application of all company HR policies
Keep company organization charts and employee directory up-to-date
Collaborate with management to align strategic HR goals with business initiatives
Perform performance and salary reviews
Offer support and guidance to HR staff
Examine trends in compensation and benefits
Formulate and implement employee retention strategies


JOB REQUIREMENTS


Bachelor's degree in any relevant field
Minimum of three years experience in human resources.
Professional certification( CIPM, SHRM, HRCI…) would be beneficial
Capacity to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.
Experience in educating and coaching staff.
Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigations.
Experience in adhering to and maintaining workplace privacy.
Proficiency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
