Job Title: Human Resource Manager
Location: Epe, Lagos

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
Oversee recruitment, talent management, and workforce planning.
Manage performance management, employee relations, and HR operations.
Drive learning and development, succession planning, and employee engagement.
Ensure compliance with labour laws and HR policies.
Provide strategic HR advisory support to management.
RequirementsBachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, or equivalent) is an advantage.
3–5 years of progressive HR experience, including leadership experience.
SalaryN200,000 - N300,000 per month.
