We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Human Resource Officer
Location: Aboru, Iyana Ipaja - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Hours: Mon – Sat, 8am – 6pm
Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures.
Prepare and update HR documentation and employee records.
Monitor employee performance and maintain performance trackers.
Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and staff orientation.
Assist with performance appraisals and employee development initiatives.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labour regulations.
Support employee engagement and other day-to-day HR operations.
RequirementsBachelor’s Degree or HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in an HR role.
Experience preparing HR policies and maintaining employee documentation.
Good understanding of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software/ERP systems is an added advantage.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
SalaryN200,000 per month.
