Job Title: Human Resources Officer

Location: Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Human Resources Officer with experience of end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, employee records, documentation, payroll management and general HR processes. The ideal candidate should have strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain accurate and confidential employee information.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline. 2 – 4 years of experience in Human Resources. End to end recruitment process. Proficiency in HRIS Systems and Microsoft / google work suite. Basic Knowledge of HR Policies, Employment Law and Labour Regulations. Strong Communication and Interpersonal abilities. High Level of Integrity with the ability to handle confidential information discreetly. Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail. Proactive, Supportive, and a team-oriented mindset.
