We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Human Resources Officer

Location: Mowe, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

Conduct farm/site visitations and provide oversight where required.
Prepare monthly watch reports on site inspections.
Carry out on-site inspections.
Monitor recruitment processes, including interviews and onboarding.
Maintain accurate employee records, leave schedules, and performance appraisals.
Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, and staff welfare.

Requirements

Minimum of 2–5 years of proven HR experience.
Must be able to drive.
Solid understanding of HR practices and recruitment processes.
Ability to handle onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
