Requirements
Minimum of 2–3 years of proven experience in Human Resources.
A degree or HND in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
Good knowledge of recruitment, staff onboarding, and employee management.
Ability to handle employee records, attendance, and HR documentation.
Knowledge of labour laws and workplace policies.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to resolve workplace conflicts professionally and maintain confidentiality.
Good computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
Ability to multitask, work independently, and meet deadlines.
Must be professional, organized, proactive, and people-oriented.
