Job Title: HVAC Supervisor
Location: Abuja (FCT)

Responsibilities
Supervise the installation, inspection, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems and equipment.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to ensure the reliability and efficiency of HVAC systems.
Monitor the performance of air conditioning units, ventilation systems, chillers, cooling towers, and related equipment.
Diagnose technical faults and coordinate corrective maintenance to minimise equipment downtime.
Assign tasks to HVAC technicians and ensure all maintenance activities are completed to the required standards.
Conduct routine inspections to identify equipment defects, refrigerant leaks, airflow issues, and other system abnormalities.
Ensure HVAC systems operate efficiently and maintain appropriate indoor temperature, air quality, and ventilation.
Monitor the use and storage of tools, spare parts, refrigerants, and other maintenance materials.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and refrigerant-handling requirements during all maintenance activities.
Coordinate with the Maintenance Manager, other technical teams, contractors, and service providers on HVAC-related issues.
Maintain accurate records of inspections, maintenance activities, repairs, equipment performance, and service reports.
Prepare periodic reports on HVAC system performance, maintenance activities, outstanding faults, and recommendations.
Ensure that technicians use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow approved work procedures.
Monitor contractors' work and verify that completed installations, repairs, and servicing meet the required specifications.
Identify opportunities to improve energy efficiency, reduce operating costs, and extend the service life of HVAC equipment.
Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and ensure critical HVAC faults are resolved within agreed timelines.
SalaryN400,000 - N500,000 per month.
