Job Title: In-Process Officer
Location: Sagamu Interchange, Ogun

Responsibilities
Prepare, review, and update documentation such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), batch records, and validation protocols.
Ensure proper documentation of manufacturing processes, quality checks, and equipment maintenance.
Maintain document control systems, including filing, archiving, and retrieval of documents.
Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), regulatory requirements, and internal quality standards.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary documentation and facilitate audits.
Assist in preparing documentation for regulatory submissions and inspections.
Monitor document revision histories and ensure all documents are current and properly authorized.
Train staff on document control procedures and regulatory compliance related to documentation.

RequirementsMinimum of BSc/HND in Biological science-based discipline or any relevant course.
Minimum of 3 years cognate experience in a pharmaceutical company or any relevant manufacturing company.
Evidence of relevant professional body is an advantage.
Experience in using various types of quality pharmaceutical manufacturing tools, software and knowledge of GMP.
