Initiative Orchestrator

This position involves managing customer interactions and coordinating bid and tender processes. The role requires interpreting technical specifications and presenting design concepts alongside the Engineering team.

Job Specifics


Formulate winning strategies for bids and tenders in collaboration with Engineering and Management teams.
Oversee proposal preparation for custom products, aligning Sales and Engineering efforts.
Transform customer inquiries into cost-effective, viable solutions.
Serve as the primary customer liaison during inquiry and bidding stages.
Create accurate cost estimates for quotes and assist in order conversion during negotiation calls.
Finalize contract specifications with external parties.
Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships to convert opportunities into orders.
Contribute to marketing materials, including case studies and press releases.
Assist the Engineering team during design and build phases as needed.
Ensure thorough proposal follow-up using CRM and other sales tools.


Qualifications


Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline, Project Management, or related field.
Master's degree or relevant certification in Sales, Engineering, or Project Management is beneficial.
5-7 years of experience in bid or proposal management, preferably in engineering, manufacturing, or technical sales.
Proven ability to coordinate complex proposals, negotiate contracts, and manage customer relationships.
Demonstrated experience in costing, budgeting, and financial management related to project proposals and bids.
