Job Title: IRATA Level 3 Rope Access / Lead Technician
Location: Lagos

Job Summary
Responsible for supervising rope access activities and ensuring work is carried out safely and in accordance with approved procedures.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise rope access teams.
Plan and coordinate rope access activities.
Conduct equipment and work-area checks.
Ensure compliance with rope access procedures and HSE requirements.
Support technicians during complex access and maintenance activities.
Monitor work quality and provide technical guidance.
Complete relevant work and safety documentation.
RequirementsValid IRATA Level 3 certification.
Relevant rope access experience, preferably in oil & gas or industrial projects.
Previous supervisory/lead experience is an advantage.
Good knowledge of rope access safety and rescue procedures.
Ability to work at height and in challenging environments.
