Job Description
What you will do in this role:Provide day-to-day IT support for HQ and state office staff.
Support the maintenance and troubleshooting of hardware, software, and network systems.
Support data backup, storage, and security protocols.
Assist in the deployment and support of program data systems and digital tools.
Maintain IT equipment inventory and support procurement of IT supplies.
Deliver against the approved GHSD milestone plan and quarterly performance targets, integrating services across the HIV, TB, malaria, and MNCH platform and progressively transferring functions to Government of Nigeria ownership.
Provide basic IT training and guidance to staff.
Minimum Recruitment Standard
Qualifications and experience we look for:A First Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in IT support, with experience on donor-funded projects preferred.
Strong knowledge of network and systems troubleshooting.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
