Job Title: IT Support & Service Delivery Executive
Location: Lagos
Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree / HND in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or related discipline
4–5 years experience in IT support, service desk, IT operations or IT service management
Strong experience supporting Microsoft 365, Windows, endpoint devices, networking, printers, user accounts and enterprise applications
Experience using an IT service management/helpdesk platform
ITIL 4 Foundation is required
CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+ and Microsoft certifications are advantageous
